Contacting Us

Send us a short message if you have a query or an issue with the site. We are however still a small team of volunteers so please be patient with responses. We might also be limited in what we can provide on the site.

If you're here to submit a Group or an Event listing, select the relevant option in the dropdown box below and the input fields will present themselves. Hopefully it's all pretty self explanatory.

If you are submitting a listing, we'll notify you when it's available on the site.

Contact Page

If you'd like to claim ownership of an Event you've seen on the site so you can edit details yourself, here's what to do:

  1. Go to the page for the event and copy the URL/link to the page.
  2. Write us a message below and include the link to that page.
  3. For you to claim ownership, we obviously need to confirm that it's a legitimate claim. This will be done by sending you a verification code, ideally via a public online platform that you have admin access to.
  4. Once that's verified, we'll send you a link to make up a [free] user account on this site and then we can transfer admin rights to you.

The details provided in this section will be made available for public viewing on the website. If there are details you don't wish to be made public, simply don't include them in the fields below.

Tip: Select a main category below that best represents your event. If an appropriate category doesn't exist, please select the best option below for now and use the Comment field at the end of this form to provide details of a suitable category (Event Type). If it meets the sites requirements for an Event Type, we will add it and ensure your event is labelled as such

The address details below are not all required. You decide how much detail you'd like to provide.

The only details that ARE required, is a town or city and the state so that the group can be located on the maps on the website.

Tip: Make the Group name as short as possible and include Town/City which helps with searches. ie. For 'Stand In the Park' (in Melbourne) consider a group name like 'SiP - Melbourne'

Tip: If you are part of a larger Association that is not listed here. please select 'Independent Group' for now and use the Comment field at the end of this form to provide details of the Association. If it meets the sites requirements for an Association, we will add it and ensure your listing is labelled as such
